I can not say enough positive things about Pure Electrolysis. My experience was about 10 appointments spread over about 18 months for my face and neck. I am so glad I did this as I love the results . Shannon is caring but business-like. She uses her time every effectively and her salon is always impeccably clean and tidy. She does her best to keep you comfortable although at first my face was quite irritated for about a day, less so as the treatments went on. Highly recommended

All communication was clear and there was no wait time after I arrived for my appointment. The Electrologist set appropriate expectations for current and potential future treatment plans. They explained all aspects of the process, and patiently explained anything that I was unsure on. The service itself was performed with great finesse.
