Pure Electrolysis does not use a voice messaging system. Email and/or text are the preferred methods of communication. Voicemails will not be checked or returned. Texts will be returned during business hours only and as always, no business is conducted on Sundays.
These changes are in effect to streamline business and allow for the easiest and quickest communication.

If you have never been to Pure, and you do not book a “New Client” appointment, your appointment may be canceled without notice.
Texts & emails will be returned Monday through Saturday. No business will be conducted on Sundays as this is a day for family and worship. If you need to cancel an appointment on a Sunday, please do so online so as not to be charged your cancellation fee.
